Promotions
Occasionally, JackPak offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a promo or coupon at checkout.
Sales Tax
Sales tax may be added to domestic shipments. Individual state tax rates, if applicable, will be applied with respect to the destination state of the shipment, even if order is placed through an out-of-state dealer. As per California law, sales tax will be added to California orders. JackPak is not responsible for individual states’ sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online or catalog purchases, so we encourage you to check your state’s regulations before you shop. if you’re a tax-exempt customer, you will be required to send us a signed copy of your tax exemption certificate.

To view the status of any order or to view open, past, or pending orders, please login to your account. By accessing your account within our online store, you’ll be able to view and track your orders.
